2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

SFE provides admission, visa, and integration support for students pursuing international education. We guide, support, and facilitate the process to help students navigate their transition into their chosen educational programs.

SFE operates ethically and professionally, always prioritizing the best interests of students.

PART 1: SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS (For Students Using SFE Services)

3. SERVICE FEE & PAYMENT STRUCTURE

To access SFE services, the Student shall make payments.

  • Payment structures may vary based on the company’s offers at the time.
  • A typical structure includes an initial payment (e.g., 50%) before the visa application and a second payment (e.g., 50%) upon visa approval. However, alternative payment arrangements may apply.

SFE structures payments to align with the progression of services, ensuring that each stage is covered as work is completed. However:

  • A significant portion of our work is provided upfront, meaning SFE takes on the risk of delivering services before full payment is received.
  • In the event of a visa refusal, SFE continues to support students with reapplication at no additional cost.
  • If necessary, SFE can assist with a new visa application for an alternative destination, even though the initial work has already been completed and remains unpaid.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 SFE Service Fee Refund

SFE provides a transparent, student-focused approach to services. By the time a Student makes a payment, they have already benefited from personalized consultations, guidance, and preparatory work, all of which require time, expertise, and resources.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at SFE’s sole discretion. However, in certain situations, refunds are strictly not granted:

  • If the Student voluntarily withdraws for personal reasons, including but not limited to changes in plans, alternative opportunities, or deciding not to proceed after confirming engagement with SFE.
  • If the Student provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • If an admission or visa refusal results from the Student’s actions, such as failing to follow guidance, submitting incorrect documents, or acting in a manner that harms their application.
4.2 Goodwill Refunds & Alternative Solutions

In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement of an immediate family member), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with verified supporting documents.

To provide greater flexibility, SFE offers the following alternatives to refunds:

  • Credit Transfer: The Student may transfer their service access to a family member or friend at no extra cost.
  • Administrative Fee Deduction: If a refund is granted, a €150 administrative fee will be deducted. This fee does not compensate for the full extent of resources allocated by SFE but is applied as a gesture of goodwill toward the Student.

SFE does not issue refunds for visa rejections. As outlined in Section 3.1 (Service Fee & Payment Structure), students make payments progressively for services already rendered, and in the event of a visa refusal, SFE provides free reapplication support.

5. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By engaging with SFE, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Compliance with Local Laws – The Student must comply with visa/residence permit regulations.
  • Accuracy of Information – The Student must provide truthful and complete details.
  • Academic & Visa Compliance – The Student must attend their chosen course in Europe, understanding that non-compliance may affect their legal status.
  • Visa Support & Decision-Making – SFE uses its expertise to strengthen applications but does not influence immigration authorities, who have sole discretion over visa approvals.
5.1 Data Processing & Privacy

SFE processes personal data in accordance with GDPR for purposes including service provision, operational needs, and marketing communications (where permitted by law). Students may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. DEFAMATION & HARMFUL CONDUCT

SFE encourages open communication and aims to resolve concerns amicably. However:

  • If a Student engages in defamatory, harmful, or malicious behavior that damages SFE’s reputation, we reserve the right to take legal action or discontinue services.
  • SFE always acts with integrity and fairness and expects the same from students.

7. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

With the Student’s explicit and voluntary consent, SFE may capture, edit, and use their photos/videos for:

  • Social media marketing
  • Website content
  • Marketing emails and newsletters
  • Educational consultancy materials

SFE strives to present each Student in the best light, ensuring any media used reflects their achievements positively.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying SFE in writing. However, any content already published before withdrawal may continue to be used.
